Thanksgiving Day is a day about being thankful for family, friends and all the good things in our lives; and it is always a significant part of Canadian culture. On Thanksgiving Day, not only are we thankful to all people we want to say “Thank you” to, but there is also a wonderful family dinner that every one of us are looking forward to!

In order to show our appreciation, we would love to share with you the recipe of one of our favorite Thanksgiving dinner dishes; the "Low-Carb Cauliflower Stuffing" that we found from www.delish.com.
4 tbsp. butter 1. in a large skillet over medium heat,
1 onion, chopped melt butter, Add onion, carrot, and
2 large carrots, peeled and chopped celery and sauté until soft, 7 to 8
2 celery stalks, chopped or thinly sliced minutes.
1 small head cauliflower, chopped
1 c. (8-oz.) package baby bella mushrooms, chopped 2. Add cauliflower and mushrooms
Kosher salt and season with salt and pepper.
Freshly ground black pepper Cook until tender, 8 to 10 mins
1/4 c. freshly chopped parsley more.
2 tbsp. freshly chopped rosemary
1 tbsp. freshly chopped sage (or 1 tsp. ground sage) 3. Add parsley, rosemary, and sage
1/2 c. low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth sage and stir until combined. Pour
over broth and cook until totally
tender and liquid is absorbed, 10 minutes.
